Cottage Two

Our second unit is an 'A' frame chalet build in 2000. This cottage rental has three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and a large deck only feet from the surf of St. Mary's Bay. There is a separate dining and living room and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom (downstairs) has a king-size bed. The large windows on both the front and side of the cottage make for easy viewing of the bay.
This cottage is slightly elevated and right on the Bay, less than 40 feet from the water. The sunsets from the large deck are spectacular anytime of the year.
All four Bayside Cottages are just off Fort Point Road at Weymouth North, Nova Scotia. The best route to take is from Exit 27, off Highway 101 at Weymouth. From Yarmouth, turn left at the exit (not right, toward Weymouth); this will place you right on Fort Point Road (Bayside Farm is about 3 miles from the exit); from Digby or Halifax, turn right at the exit onto Fort Point Road.
This cottage, like all Bayside Cottages is fully equipped. Everything is provided from cooking utensils and pots and pans to bedding and linens. A barbecue and lawn furniture are provided for entertaining family and friends and there are plenty of good books and magazines available. A propane heater is also provided for those cool late summer evenings. Each cottage includes a washer and dryer, TV, VCR, telephone, linens, indoor heating (if necessary) and an outdoor grill.
