Our Restored Victorian Cottage!

This vacation rental is a beautifully restored Victorian cottage, and was part of the original Bayside Farm resort. The orginal stone fireplace is a prominent feature of outside structure. The cozy cottage has three bedrooms and a three-piece bath. The cottage was recently renovated, enlarged and a wide deck added to the exterior of the house. Our Victorian cottage is very private (surrounded by a variety of flowering plants and tall soft and hardwood trees) and only a stone's throw from St. Mary's Bay.
Our Victorian Cottage is somewhat easier to access than our other vacation rentals. From Exit #27 the rental is just off Fort Point Road, past Bayside Farm on the right.
All four Bayside Cottages are just off Fort Point Road at Weymouth North, Nova Scotia. The best route to take is from Exit 27, off Highway 101 at Weymouth. From Yarmouth, turn left at the exit (not right, toward Weymouth); this will place you right on Fort Point Road (Bayside Farm is about 3 miles from the exit); from Digby or Halifax, turn right at the exit onto Fort Point Road.
This cottage, like all Bayside Cottages is fully equipped. Everything is provided from cooking utensils and pots and pans to bedding and linens. A barbecue and lawn furniture are provided for entertaining family and friends and there are plenty of good books and magazines available. A propane heater is also provided for those cool late summer evenings. Each cottage includes a washer and dryer, TV, VCR, telephone, linens, indoor heating (if necessary) and an outdoor grill.
