Cottage Four – Our Cape Cod Cottage

The Cape Cod Cottage

Newly built in 2004, Cottage Four is just feet from beautiful St. Mary’s Bay. This Cape Cod style, two-level, cottage has three bedrooms, a four-piece bath as the ensuite on the first level and another full bath on the second level. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and features two sets of vertical windows overlooking the bay, one on the upper level, one on the lower level. There is a large deck around three sides of the cottage and the living area features a stone backdrop and wood stove for those cool summer evenings or a romantic weekend getaway.

Amenities

This cottage, like all Bayside Cottages, is fully equipped. Everything is provided from cooking utensils, small appliances, pots and pans to bedding and linens. A barbecue and lawn furniture are provided for relaxing on the deck and there is an ample supply of books, magazines, and board games. A propane heater is also provided for those cool late summer evenings. Our Cape Cod cottage also includes a washer and dryer, TV, VCR, telephone, indoor heating, and an outdoor firepit. And parking for one, two or more vehicles is never an issue.
